After more than two decades in the world of retained executive search, it was inevitable that Colleen would join the Duffy team in 2016. Her business relationships in the healthcare, non-profit and sports management industries are embracing Duffy’s recruiting model and trust her knack for finding hidden talent. She relishes the “thrill of the hunt to help organizations hire the talent they otherwise would not have been able to find.”
She has more than 20 years of executive search experience successfully placing senior level executives in all operational areas, with a focus on the non-profit, healthcare, higher education and financial services industries. Her early foundation in recruitment research provides her with practical experience fueled by her advanced education in the executive search strategy. Her strong track record in project management enables her to manage multiple deadlines while providing the highest level of quality to both clients and candidates.
In 2015, Colleen was recognized as the top female Executive Search Consultant in the State of Arizona in the ‘Who’s Who in Business’ by the Arizona Republic. She has volunteered her time with numerous non-profits including The Arizona Humane Society, The Ronald McDonald House Charities, Northridge Community Church and Cave Creek Unified School District. Colleen is a native of Chicago, IL and a graduate of Arizona State University with a BA in Communications and a minor in Business.
