Eden Higgins’ holistic perspective to executive search and executive recruitment ties directly back to her 10+ years of experience leading Human Resources for start-ups and large corporations in multiple capacities including recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and strategic planning. Eden’s ability to understand the intricacies and drivers of your business stems from her hands-on experience in the following industries: technology, software, hospitality, retail, and call center. Working directly on the executive team within these organizations during the dot.com bubble and working through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy, honed Eden’s HR perspective and business acumen. Throughout her HR career, it became apparent the best way to build a successful organization is to hire great talent.
Working in diverse industries across the United States and internationally since joining Duffy Group, Inc. in 2000, Eden is passionate about renewable energy recruitment and emerging technologies. She has fostered relationships with top-tier talent through her executive search experience with solar energy recruitment, green energy recruitment, and alternative energy recruitment and more. As she says, “I like the excitement of recruiting, learning new technologies, meeting people and putting it all together to help companies grow.”
Eden earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Arizona State University. In 2019, she graduated from the ASU Leadership Institute. Eden chases her passions by serving as a cross country and track coach at Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix. Under her leadership, the school consistently ranks as one of the top women’s teams in Arizona.
