Largest Solar Company in the US Expands Talent Pool in Multiple Markets

The largest solar company in the US was growing their construction project management and engineering team from the ground up, with an immediate need to fill positions in California, Colorado, New York, Minnesota, and North Carolina. The company needed to move fast due to the high demand of business, and was facing lost income if they did not find and secure the best talent as quickly as possible.

What they were doing

The company utilized an internal human resources team as well as outsourced all recruiting to an RPO vendor with no success.  The company faced many issues:

  • The internal and external search process was becoming costly
  • The project was extremely time consuming
  • Neither the internal or external recruiting team could fill the positions because they were specialized and too difficult
